Dr. Omar Ali is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who brings world-class training and deep community roots to Houston patients. Born and raised in Houston, he completed his ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital's prestigious ophthalmology program before returning home to serve his community.

Dr. Ali's unique dual perspective sets him apart. While earning his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, he simultaneously pursued a Master's in Public Health from Emory University, allowing him to provide comprehensive, forward-thinking care that considers both individual and community health needs.

His academic excellence began early, earning a full-ride Tier One Scholarship at the University of Houston where he graduated with honors in Biology. During his training, he conducted research on teleretinal screening programs and community health initiatives, demonstrating his commitment to advancing eye care accessibility.
