Physician of the Year Awards
Houston Eye Associates Foundation appreciates the generous support from the many physicians and medical professionals and vendors who donate their time and services in support of the mission.
Each year the Houston Eye Associates Foundation recognizes the top two physicians who donated the most office time and surgery services from January to November of the current year.
The Houston Eye Associates Foundation is proud to recognize physicians Lindsey D. Harris and Fiaz Zaman, MD as the Physicians of the Year for 2011.

Lindsey D. Harris, MD and Fiaz Zaman, MD have provided comprehensive medical eye care services to 25 qualified HEA Foundation patients in 2011. The Houston Eye Associates Foundation is grateful to them for donating their office time and surgery services valued at $122,000. We appreciate their commitment in support of our goals in preserving and restoring vision for those in financial hardship.
